Wheat Bran | 2 cups |
Peanut Butter | 4 cups |
Honey | 1 cup |

Instructions
-
Prepare the Dry Ingredients: Begin by dry roasting the quinoa, instant oats, oat bran, and wheat bran in a pan over high heat for 90 to 120 seconds until fragrant. Alternatively, you can use a stove top. Once roasted, set aside to cool slightly.
-
Melt the Base: In a large saucepan, combine the honey and peanut butter over low heat. Stir gently until the mixture melts and becomes smooth.
-
Combine Ingredients: Once melted, add the roasted oat bran, wheat bran, quinoa, and instant oats to the peanut butter-honey mixture. Stir thoroughly to ensure an even distribution of ingredients.
-
Incorporate Nuts and Fruits: Gently fold in the sliced almonds and cranberries until they are well incorporated. Turn off the heat and mix until everything is well combined.
-
Prepare the Baking Pan: Line a baking pan (approximately 12 x 10 inches) with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
-
Shape the Mixture: Transfer the mixture into the lined baking pan, using your hands to press it down firmly and evenly.
-
Chill: Place the pan in the freezer for about 4 hours to set.
-
Cut and Serve: Once firm, remove from the freezer and cut the bars into squares or rectangles as desired. For the best taste, store the bars in the refrigerator. Serve alongside a healthy smoothie or a selection of fresh fruits and warm haldi doodh for a nutritious breakfast.
