Ingredients:

  • 8 slices Whole Wheat Brown Bread
  • 4 tbsp Butter (Salted), for grilling

For the Coleslaw:

  • 1 Carrot (Gajjar), grated
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (Capsicum), finely chopped
  • ½ cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal)
  • 2 tbsp Classic Mayonnaise (with egg)
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Coleslaw: In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrot, chopped red bell pepper, instant oats, mayonnaise, red chilli flakes, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Mix well to ensure the oats are well-coated with the mayo and seasonings.

  2. Grill the Sandwich: Spread a tablespoon of the prepared coleslaw mixture evenly over one slice of whole wheat bread. Top with another slice to make a sandwich.

  3. Grill the Sandwich: Heat a sandwich maker and melt half a tablespoon of butter. Place the sandwich in the machine and spread the remaining butter over the top slice of bread. Grill the sandwich until the bread is crispy and golden brown.
