Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces and cleaned
- 400 ml water
- Ground Spice Mix:
- 8 shallots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 candlenuts
- 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 2 cm ginger
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 75 grams galangal
- 1 teaspoon tamarind water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
