Spicy Chicken (Ayam Saos Pedas) Recipe
Ingredients:

Chicken:
- 20 pieces of chicken (cut into bite-sized portions)
- 1 packet Sajiku flour (medium size)

For the Spicy Sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 7 tablespoons chili sauce
- 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 5 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar or honey
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- Cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon butter

Prepare the Chicken:
- Cut the chicken into 20 bite-sized pieces and wash them thoroughly.
- Dissolve 4 tablespoons of Sajiku flour in a small bowl with a little water to make a batter.

Coat and Fry the Chicken:
- Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Dip the chicken pieces into the Sajiku flour batter, then coat them with additional Sajiku flour.
- Fry the coated chicken in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Spicy Sauce:
- In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar or honey, white pepper, and water.
- Cook the sauce, stirring occasionally, until it comes to a boil and thickens slightly. No additional thickening agents are needed as the sauce will naturally thicken.

Combine and Serve:
- Once the sauce is ready, turn off the heat and add the fried chicken pieces to the pan.
- Toss the chicken in the sauce until well-coated.
