- 220 grams La Fonte spaghetti, cooked until al dente
- 100 grams beef, thinly sliced against the grain
Marinade for Beef:
- Oyster sauce (to taste)
- Soy sauce (to taste)
- Baking soda (a pinch)
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon instant black pepper seasoning (brand: My Taste)
- 1 large garlic clove, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 2 scallions, cut into 2 cm pieces

Prepare the Spaghetti: Cook the La Fonte spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the beef slices with oyster sauce, soy sauce, and a pinch of baking soda. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes to enhance tenderness and flavor.

Cook the Beef: Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until it’s about 75% done. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed. Sauté the chopped garlic and diced bell pepper until they become fragrant and tender.

Combine Ingredients: Add the instant black pepper seasoning to the pan and mix well. Return the partially cooked beef to the pan, then add the prepared spaghetti. Stir everything together to ensure even distribution of the seasoning.

Season and Finish: Add a splash of soy sauce to taste, and toss in the chopped scallions. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
