Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pork:

    • Cut the boneless pork chop across the grain into 1/4 inch wide strips.
    • Coat the pork strips with a mixture of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of Stir-Fry Sauce.
    • Let the pork marinate for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  2. Cook the Noodles:

    • In a large pot, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil.
    • Add the ramen noodles (without the seasoning packet) and cook for 2 minutes.
    • Drain the noodles and set aside.
  3. Stir-Fry the Pork:

    • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a hot wok or large skillet over high heat.
    • Add the marinated pork strips and stir-fry for 2 minutes until cooked through.
    • Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
  4. Prepare the Vegetables:

    • Reduce the heat to medium-high and add the remaining vegetable oil to the same pan.
    • Add the sliced onion and stir-fry for 1 minute until translucent.
    • Add the broccoli florets and 2 tablespoons of water, then stir-fry for 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Combine Ingredients:

    • Return the cooked pork to the pan with the onions and broccoli.
    • Add the cooked ramen noodles, remaining Stir-Fry Sauce, and black pepper to the pan.
    • Stir well to coat all ingredients with the sauce and evenly distribute the flavors.
  6. Final Touch:

    • Drizzle the sesame oil over the dish and toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Serve:

    • Transfer the Black Pepper Pork with Ramen Noodles to serving plates or bowls.
    • Garnish with additional black pepper or chopped green onions if desired.
    • Serve hot and enjoy this flavorful and satisfying dish!

Tips:

  • For a spicier kick, you can add crushed red pepper flakes or chili oil to the dish.
  • Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preferences. Bell peppers, snap peas, or carrots would also work well in this stir-fry.
  • Make sure not to overcook the noodles to maintain their texture and prevent them from becoming mushy.
  • Serve with a side of steamed rice or enjoy it on its own for a delicious and complete meal.
