Simple Stir-Fried Beef Meatballs with Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 10 beef meatballs
  • Fresh bok choy
  • Fresh broccoli
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Saori seasoning
  • 2 packets fried shallots
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 teaspoon beef-flavored seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Meatballs: Slice each beef meatball in half to ensure they cook evenly and absorb the flavors.

  2. Mince the Garlic: Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.

  3. Sauté the Aromatics: In a large pan or wok, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  4. Season the Mixture: Stir in the Saori seasoning, beef-flavored seasoning, salt, sugar, and ground black pepper. Mix well to combine the flavors.

  5. Add the Meatballs: Incorporate the halved beef meatballs into the pan. Stir to coat them with the seasoning.

  6. Cook the Vegetables: Pour in the water and add the chopped broccoli and bok choy (which should be washed and cut into bite-sized pieces). Cook until the vegetables are tender and slightly wilted, about 10 minutes.

  7. Finish and Serve: Once the meatballs and vegetables are cooked through, transfer the dish to a serving plate. Garnish with a generous sprinkle of fried shallots.

Enjoy your meal with this simple and flavorful stir-fried beef meatball dish that pairs perfectly with steamed rice or noodles.
