Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 500 grams Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Fresh cream
- 1/8 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
- Few drops Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Orange Zest (Rind)
- 2 wedges of Orange

Instructions:
- In a medium-sized bowl, beat the yogurt and turmeric powder for about 4 minutes.
- Add the fresh cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the yogurt mixture. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a freezing bowl and place it in the freezer for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, take the bowl out of the freezer, stir well, and return it to the freezer. Let it freeze overnight.
- 30-40 minutes before serving, remove the frozen yogurt from the freezer to soften slightly.
- Serve in a fancy bowl with large scoops of the Lemon Frozen Yogurt. Garnish with a sprinkle of orange zest and a slice of orange for a decorative touch.
