Stir-Fried Mustard Greens with Petai and Beef
Ingredients:

- 5 pieces of Tahu Pong (fried tofu)
- 6 pieces of Tahu Pong (fried tofu)
- 2 sprigs of Mustard Greens (Sawi Sendok)
- Broccoli
- Beef
- 5 Red/Green Curly Chilies
- 3 Shallots
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Small Piece of Galangal
- Sugar, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 3 teaspoons Cooking Oil
- Seasoning (such as Royco)
- Oyster Sauce (Saori brand), to taste
- Petai (Stink Beans), peeled and halved
Instructions:

Prepare Vegetables:
- Begin by washing the mustard greens and broccoli thoroughly. Once cleaned, chop them into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Cook the Beef:
- Rinse the beef under cold water. Boil it in a pot until tender. Once cooked, cut the beef into pieces according to your preference.

Prepare Aromatics:
- Wash the red/green curly chilies, shallots, and garlic. Slice the chilies into thin pieces. Chop the shallots and garlic finely.
- Crush the galangal with the side of a knife until slightly flattened.

- Peel the petai and wash them. Cut each petai bean in half.

- Heat 3 teaspoons of cooking oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat.
