Tumis Kacang Panjang, Tempe, dan Kulit Tangkil

Ingredients

Long beans (kacang panjang) 5 pieces
Kulit tangkil (KUTANG) 1 package
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Chicken bouillon powder to taste
Garlic (bawang putih) 1 clove
Shallots (bawang merah) 2 cloves
Large red chilies 3
Turmeric (kunyit) 1 small piece
Lemongrass (sereh) 1 stalk
Ginger (jahe) 1 small piece

Instructions

  1. Begin by finely blending the garlic, shallots, red chilies, turmeric, lemongrass, and ginger to create a fragrant spice paste.
  2. Heat a bit of oil in a pan, then sauté the spice paste until it becomes aromatic and well-cooked.
  3. Add the long beans, tempe, and kulit tangkil to the pan, stirring well to combine.
  4. Pour in a little water to help cook the vegetables evenly.
  5. Season the mixture with salt, sugar, and chicken bouillon powder, adjusting to your taste preference.
  6. Stir everything together and let it simmer until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Once cooked, remove from heat and serve hot.
