I had a hankering to make a pork roast with apple and this is what I came up with. I hope you like it!
Recipe Instructions

Prepare Ingredients:
- Cut the apple in half.
- Slice one half fairly thin and place it on the bottom of a roaster.
- Slice the second half of the apple thinly and set it aside.

Assemble the Roast:
- Place the pork roast on top of the sliced apples in the roaster.
- Slice the onion into rings and place them on top and around the pork roast.

Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and chopped dill.

- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the pork roast.
- Cover the roaster with foil or a lid.
