Beef Barbecue Pasta
Ingredients:
- Pappardelle pasta: 250 grams
- Garlic: 2 cloves, finely chopped
- Barbecue sauce: ½ cup
- Beef: 3 slices, thinly sliced
- Seasoning: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Grated cheese: for sprinkling
- Cooking oil: as needed

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pappardelle pasta and a splash of cooking oil. Cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Beef: While the pasta is cooking, heat a little oil in a separate skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned.

Add the Sauce and Seasonings: Once the beef is cooked, pour in the barbecue sauce. Add the seasoning and black pepper. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and the flavors are well blended.
