Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Cook ground beef until brown.
- Add onion and celery, cook until almost tender.
- Add remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles.
- Put into a two-quart casserole dish.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour and fifteen minutes.
- Uncover and layer with chow mein noodles.
- Return to oven, uncovered, and bake until noodles are brown, about 15 minutes.

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until it’s browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and chopped celery to the skillet with the beef. Cook until they are almost tender.
- Stir in water, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a two-quart casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Cover the casserole dish and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for one hour and fifteen minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven and uncover it.
- Layer the top with chow mein noodles.
- Return the dish to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the noodles are browned and crispy.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
