- 2 pieces of silken tofu
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 stalks green onions, sliced
- 4 cm ginger, crushed
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Maggi seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Raja Rasa sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Sugar, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Mushroom or Maggi stock cubes, to taste
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (dissolved in water)
- Water, as needed

Heat the Oil:
Begin by heating the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and crushed ginger, sautéing until they release their fragrant aroma. -
Cook the Beef:
Add the ground beef to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the beef starts to brown. If needed, pour in a small amount of water (about 100-200 cc) to help cook the beef thoroughly. -
Add Tofu and Green Onions:
Once the beef has started to cook, incorporate the silken tofu that has been chopped into cubes and the sliced green onions. -
Season the Dish:
Stir in the oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, Maggi seasoning, Raja Rasa sauce, salt, sugar, black pepper, and mushroom or Maggi stock cubes. Mix well to combine all the flavors. -
Thicken the Sauce:
