Ingredients:
- 250 grams (1/4 kg) beef steak
- 1 medium potato
- 7 green beans
- 2 carrots
- For Marinating the Beef:
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Ground white pepper, to taste
- For the Mushroom Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 100 grams (1 oz) button mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
- Seasoning powder, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt, to taste

Prepare the Beef:
- Clean the beef thoroughly and cut it into pieces according to your preference.
- Marinate the beef with ground black pepper and white pepper. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.

Cook the Vegetables:
- Boil the carrots and green beans until tender.
- For the potato, you have two options: either fry it after coating with flour or boil it if you prefer a lighter option.

- You can cook the marinated beef either by grilling or using a non-stick skillet. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.

Prepare the Mushroom Sauce:
- Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Sauté the chopped onion until fragrant.
- Add the sliced button mushrooms and cook until they are tender and have released their moisture.

- Season the sauce with sugar, salt, and seasoning powder to taste.
