Savory Carrot and Celery Omelette Roll

Special Omelette Today

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 carrot, finely grated
  • 1 stalk of green onion, sliced
  • 1 stalk of celery, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Sajiku seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon margarine

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, grated carrot, sliced green onion, sliced celery, salt, and Sajiku seasoning. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the margarine, allowing it to melt and coat the bottom of the pan.

  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, spreading it out evenly.

  4. Gently roll the omelette from one side to the other, cooking until it turns golden brown on one side. Flip the omelette and press down lightly with a spatula to ensure even cooking.

  5. Continue cooking until the omelette is fully set and lightly browned on both sides.

  6. Serve the omelette warm with freshly steamed rice for a delightful meal.
