Carrot Omelette (Telur Dadar Wortel)

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs (adjust according to preference)
  • 1 medium carrot
  • A handful of scallions
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • Salt or seasoning powder (Masako), to taste
  • Cooking oil, for frying

Instructions:
