Chicken and Carrot Stuffed Omelette Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small carrot
  • 100 grams of finely chopped chicken
  • 3 shallots, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • 1 red chili
  • 1 green onion
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Chicken bouillon powder, to taste
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Carrot: Dice the carrot into small cubes and cook it in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. Cook the Chicken Mixture: In a pan, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Sauté the shallots and garlic until fragrant and translucent. Add the finely chopped chicken and a pinch of salt. Cook until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken mixture, carrots, sliced red chili, and chopped green onion. Season with a little salt, sugar, and chicken bouillon powder to taste. Stir well.

  4. Prepare the Egg Mixture: Beat the eggs in a bowl until well combined. Add the seasoned chicken and vegetable mixture to the eggs and mix thoroughly.

  5. Cook the Omelette: Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and add a small amount of cooking oil. Pour in the egg mixture, spreading it evenly. Allow the omelette to cook gently, occasionally pressing down with a spatula to ensure even cooking. Flip the omelette carefully to cook the other side. Cook until both sides are golden brown and the omelette is fully set.

  6. Serve: Remove the omelette from the pan and transfer it to a serving plate. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
