Celery, chopped 3 stalks
Garlic, coarsely chopped 2 cloves
Shallots, thinly sliced 2 cloves
Salt to taste
MSG (optional) to taste
Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis) to taste
Fish sauce (optional) to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Water 200 ml

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Season the coarsely chopped chicken breast with a pinch of salt to enhance flavor.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: In a medium pan over medium heat, sauté the sliced shallots and coarsely chopped garlic until fragrant.
