Vegetables and Toppings:
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 potato, julienned
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- A handful of bean sprouts
- 1/4 kilo chicken, diced

- 10 bird’s eye chilies
- 5 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Prepare Ingredients:
- Thoroughly wash all vegetables and the chicken. Cut the carrots, potato, and cucumber into julienne strips. Set aside the bean sprouts.

Cook the Noodles:
- Briefly boil the yellow noodles until just tender. Drain and set aside.

- In a pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the sliced shallots and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the bird’s eye chilies and continue to sauté until the mixture is aromatic.
