Egg Rolls with Chicken and Shrimp (Egg Rolls Ayam Udang)
Ingredients:
Filling:
- 250 grams minced chicken
- 150 grams minced shrimp
- 1 egg
- 3/4 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon bouillon powder
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- 3.5 tablespoons tapioca flour (muncung)
Wrapper:
- 2 eggs
- 80 ml water
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 tablespoon melted margarine
- A pinch of salt

- In a mixing bowl, combine all the filling ingredients: minced chicken, minced shrimp, egg, sesame oil (if using), oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, granulated sugar, garlic powder, bouillon powder, chopped scallion, and tapioca flour.
- Mix everything thoroughly until well combined. Set aside.

- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, melted margarine, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Strain the batter to remove any lumps.
