Chicken Skin Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/4 pound chicken skin
- 2 onions
- Ground Spices:
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 shallots
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Chicken bouillon powder to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 2 green onions
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 tomatoes

- Clean the chicken skin thoroughly, then cut it into bite-sized pieces according to your preference.

- Blend the garlic, shallots, and black pepper together until smooth.
