Chicken Skin Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 pound chicken skin
  • 2 onions
  • Ground Spices:
    • 5 cloves garlic
    • 3 shallots
    • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
    • Salt to taste
    • Chicken bouillon powder to taste
    • Sugar to taste
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken Skin:

    • Clean the chicken skin thoroughly, then cut it into bite-sized pieces according to your preference.
  2. Prepare the Ground Spices:

    • Blend the garlic, shallots, and black pepper together until smooth.
  3. Cook the Aromatics:

    • Slice the onions into thin rings.
    • Heat some oil in a pot and sauté the ground spices along with the sliced onions until fragrant.
  4. Season the Soup Base:

    • Add salt, chicken bouillon powder, and sugar to the pot. Stir well to combine. Add a little water if necessary to create a flavorful base.
  5. Cook the Chicken Skin:

    • Add the chicken skin to the pot and cook until it is tender.
  6. Add Vegetables:
