- 1/2 kg chicken fillet
- 2 medium-sized blocks of tofu
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 shallots
- 1 onion
- 5 eggs
- 100 grams all-purpose flour
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Ground pepper, to taste
- 5 sheets of medium-sized clear plastic wrap

Finely chop the garlic, shallots, and onion. Sauté with a little cooking oil until fragrant.
