Bubur Telur (Egg Rice Porridge)

Ingredients:

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 2-3 scoops of cooked rice (adjust according to preference)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Royco seasoning, to taste
  • 1 egg
  • Grated cheese, as desired
  • 180 ml water
  • 180 ml broth (beef or chicken, if available, for extra flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Sauté Aromatics: Begin by heating a pan and sautéing the crushed garlic and chopped onion until they become fragrant and translucent.

  2. Prepare the Base: Add 180 ml of water or broth to the pan and bring it to a boil. If using broth, it will enrich the flavor of the porridge.
