Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of tenderloin or sirloin beef (the most tender cuts)
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce (for marinating the beef)
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce (for cooking)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (for sautéing)

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Beef: Begin by coating the beef with 1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
