Grilled Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams chicken fillet, cut into small pieces
  • Broccoli, cut into small florets (amount as desired)
  • Carrots, cut into long sticks (amount as desired)
  • Green beans, cut into larger pieces (amount as desired)
  • 1/4 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 1/5 teaspoons fine salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter (optional)
  • 150 grams small potatoes, cut into pieces

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:

    • Wash and cut the vegetables into the specified sizes.
    • Steam the potatoes and carrots until they are slightly tender. Add the broccoli and green beans to the steamer and continue to steam for about 2 minutes. Drain the vegetables and set aside.
  2. Grill the Chicken:

    • Heat a grill pan or use a grilling method of your choice (such as Happycall pan). Optionally, grease the pan with 1/2 teaspoon of butter for added flavor.
    • Season the chicken pieces with ground black pepper, salt, and oyster sauce. Grill the chicken until it is cooked through and the color changes.
  3. Add Onions and Vegetables:

    • Add the chopped onion to the pan with the grilled chicken and sauté until the onions are softened and well-combined with the chicken.
    • Incorporate the steamed vegetables into the pan, mixing everything together.
  4. Season and Serve:

    • Adjust the seasoning with additional black pepper and salt if needed. Stir everything together for about 1 minute to ensure all ingredients are well mixed and heated through.
