Real Pasta Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 400g chopped tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), chopped
  • 6-8 mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs (sage, thyme, marjoram, oregano, parsley)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Olive oil
