Keto Beef Patties Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of fatty ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 sachet of Diabetasol sweetener (or other preferred low-carb sweetener)
  • 1/2 block of salt (Himsalt or other preferred salt)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese, as needed
  • Chicken fat or oil, for sautéing

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Aromatics:

    • Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of chicken fat or oil. Sauté the finely chopped garlic and onion until they become fragrant and golden brown.
  2. Combine Ingredients:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, sautéed garlic and onion, ground black pepper, Diabetasol sweetener, and Himsalt. Add shredded cheddar cheese according to your preference. Mix everything together until well incorporated.
  3. Form the Patties:

    • Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into flat, round patties according to your desired size.
  4. Cook the Patties:

    • Preheat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Place the formed patties in the skillet. Cook them without additional oil, as the fat from the beef will be sufficient. Let them cook until the bottom is nicely browned. Flip the patties once and cook until the other side is also browned. Avoid flipping the patties too frequently to ensure they cook evenly.
  5. Serve:

    • Once cooked through and golden brown on both sides, remove the patties from the skillet. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious keto-friendly beef patties!
