Ingredients:
- 1 baguette
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 mushrooms (mixed varieties)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 slices smoked ham
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons asiago cheese
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare Baguette:

- Brush each slice with a little olive oil.
- Place the slices under the broiler until lightly golden in color. Set aside.

- In a large nonstick frypan, heat the remaining olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and cook until lightly softened, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the mushrooms and garlic, and cook for 4 minutes until they start to release their juices.
- Sprinkle in the dried basil, then add the vinegar and water. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the liquid evaporates.
- Remove from heat.

- Stir in the smoked ham, parsley, and half of the asiago cheese into the mushroom mixture.
