Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of mustard greens, chopped
  • 2 blocks of silken tofu, cut into cubes
  • 1 egg
  • 4 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • Red chili peppers, thinly sliced (to taste)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • Beef seasoning cube or powder, to taste
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Tofu:

    • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    • Fry the tofu cubes until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  2. Sauté Aromatics:

    • In the same pan, add a bit more oil if necessary.
    • Sauté the thinly sliced shallots, garlic, and red chili peppers until fragrant and the shallots are translucent.
  3. Cook the Egg:

    • Crack the egg into the pan and scramble it, cooking until fully set and lightly browned.
  4. Combine Ingredients:

    • Add a splash of water to the pan to create a light sauce.
    • Stir in the chopped mustard greens and the previously fried tofu cubes.
  5. Season the Dish:

    • Season with salt, sugar, ground black pepper, and beef seasoning cube or powder.
    • Stir well to combine all the flavors, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  6. Finish Cooking:

    • Continue to cook until the mustard greens are wilted and tender.
