Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of mustard greens, chopped
- 2 blocks of silken tofu, cut into cubes
- 1 egg
- 4 shallots, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- Red chili peppers, thinly sliced (to taste)
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Beef seasoning cube or powder, to taste
- Cooking oil

- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the tofu cubes until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
