- 6 stalks celery
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 red onions
- 2 cups cremini mushrooms
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp fresh tarragon
- 2 tbsp fresh chives
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 loaf pumpkin bread
