Telur Dadar Bihun Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5 large eggs
  • Cooked rice vermicelli (cut into shorter lengths)
  • 1 stalk green onion (finely sliced)
  • 1 medium carrot (coarsely grated)
  • 1 packet mushroom broth powder
  • Ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

    • Add the cooked rice vermicelli, green onion, grated carrot, mushroom broth powder, ground black pepper, and sugar to the beaten eggs. If using, also incorporate the grated cheese, smoked beef or sausage slices, and Bon Cabe chili powder.
    • Stir the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Cook the Omelette:

    • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of margarine or vegetable oil to coat the surface.
    • Pour a portion of the egg mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly. You can make multiple omelette rolls by cooking the mixture in batches.

  3. Serve:
