Sapo Tahu Recipe

Ingredients

Carrots 3, sliced
Bok Choy 3, chopped
Wood Ear Mushrooms 5, sliced
Garlic 1 clove, minced
Shallots 2, sliced
Green Onions 1, chopped
Red Bird’s Eye Chili 1, sliced
Saori Oyster Sauce 1 sachet
Soy Sauce To taste
Salt To taste
Sugar To taste
Pepper To taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tofu: Slice the sapo tahu into 8 pieces and gently fry until golden brown. Set aside.
