Sautéed Tuna (Tumis Tuna)

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • A handful of green onions, chopped
  • Oil for sautéing
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Soy sauce, to taste
