Scrambled Eggs with Corned Beef (Scramble Egg Kornet Pedass)
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons corned beef (I used Pronas)
- 2 pinches of fine salt (to taste)
- 2 pinches of ground black pepper
- A little cooking oil
- For the seasoning:
- 2 shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 10 chili peppers (adjust to taste or omit if preferred)
Instructions:

Prepare the Egg Mixture:
- In a bowl, crack the 2 large eggs and beat them well. Add the fine salt, ground black pepper, corned beef, and chopped chili peppers if using. Mix everything together until evenly combined.

Cook the Aromatics:
- Heat a little cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped shallots, garlic, and onion. Sauté until they become translucent and fragrant.

Cook the Eggs:
- Pour the prepared egg mixture into the pan with the sautéed aromatics. Stir and cook the mixture, breaking it up with a spatula until the eggs form fluffy, scrambled pieces. Adjust the seasoning with a little more salt if needed.

Taste and Serve:
- Taste the scrambled eggs and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Once done, remove from heat.

- Serve your scrambled eggs with corned beef hot, and enjoy!
Note:
Feel free to adjust the amount of chili peppers to suit your taste. You can also omit them if you prefer a milder flavor.
