Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 can of sauerkraut

Instructions:

Time Steps
1 min Lightly spray an 8-10β€³ pan with spray oil.
2 min Heat the pan over medium-high heat.
1 min Sear the pork chops in the pan on each side for approximately 30 seconds, or until medium brown.
5 hours Pour the can of Stokely’s Bavarian Sauerkraut on top of all 4 chops.
Put the lid on the pan.
Simmer on low heat for 4-5 hours.
Check occasionally and add water if needed to prevent sticking.
