Ingredients:

1 can Sauerkraut
2 lbs Country-style pork ribs
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1 can Cream of mushroom soup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Prepare a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or roaster pan by greasing lightly.
  3. Place the country-style pork ribs in the prepared baking dish, arranging them in a single layer.
  4. Cover the pork ribs with sauerkraut, spreading it evenly over the top.
  5. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the sauerkraut, distributing it evenly.
  6. Pour the undiluted cream of mushroom soup over the top of the sauerkraut and pork ribs.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil or a lid.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 3 hours or until the pork ribs are tender. You can check for doneness by piercing the ribs with a fork; they should be fork-tender.
  9. Uncover the baking dish for the last 30 minutes of baking to allow the ribs to brown slightly on top.
