Ingredients:
- 8 quail
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 margarine
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp water
Cooking Instructions:

| 7 | In a separate bowl, combine the flour and 2 tbsp of water. Gradually add the pan drippings to the mixture. | 
| 8 | Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and becomes bubbly. | 
| 9 | Return the quail to the skillet and heat thoroughly, allowing them to soak up the flavors of the gravy. | 
| 10 | Finally, remove the quail from the skillet and transfer them to a serving platter. Serve with the rich gravy poured over the top. |
