Instructions

  1. Begin by grinding the pepper, garlic, and shallots together until finely minced.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, and sauté the ground mixture until fragrant and golden brown.
  3. Add water to the pan, allowing it to come to a boil. Once boiling, stir in the soy sauce, seasoning or sugar, and salt, mixing well.
  4. Gently introduce the fried eggs into the sauce, stirring carefully to ensure they are coated without breaking the yolks.
  5. Let the mixture simmer until it reaches a rolling boil again, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.
  6. Once the sauce is fragrant and the flavors have infused, remove from heat and serve immediately.
