- 40 grams minced chicken
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 120 ml water
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Begin by seasoning the minced chicken with sesame oil and soy sauce. Steam the chicken for 20 minutes until fully cooked and tender.

While the chicken is steaming, beat the egg in a bowl. Add water, salt, and pepper, mixing well to combine. Strain the egg mixture to remove any impurities and ensure a smooth texture.

Once the chicken is done, carefully pour the egg mixture over the chicken. Return the dish to the steamer and steam for an additional 5 minutes over low heat, allowing the egg to set and firm up.
