Ingredients:

  • 3 slices chicken liver

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken Liver: Begin by thoroughly cleaning the chicken livers. Once clean, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the livers until they are tender.

  2. Prepare the Vegetables and Tempe: While the chicken livers are cooking, peel and dice the carrot. Cut the tempe into small pieces. Slice the shallots and chop the green onions finely.

  3. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a stainless steel mixing bowl, crack the free-range egg and beat it lightly until well combined.
