Stir-Fried Broccoli with Tofu and Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 1/2 medium-sized broccoli head
- 2 pieces of tofu (typically used for claypot dishes)
- A handful of fresh black ear mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- Soy sauce, to taste
- Cooking oil
- Water, as needed

Prepare the Broccoli: - Cut the broccoli into florets and wash thoroughly. Blanch the broccoli in hot water briefly, then drain and set aside.
