Beef Teriyaki Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/4 kg beef (cooked until tender and cut into small pieces)
- 1/2 sachet teriyaki sauce
- 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- Seasoning to taste
- Optional:
- Sesame seeds (as desired)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- Sugar (to taste)

Prepare the Marinade:
In a bowl, combine the cooked beef pieces with the teriyaki sauce, sweet soy sauce, and seasoning. Mix well and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. -
Sauté the Aromatics:
Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and onion. Sauté until they become fragrant and slightly golden. -
Cook the Beef:
Add the marinated beef to the skillet. Pour in a small amount of water to help deglaze the pan and create a bit of sauce. Stir well to combine. -
Add the Sauces:
Stir in the remaining teriyaki sauce and the sweet soy sauce. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce is absorbed and the beef is heated through. -
Finish and Serve:
If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds over the top for added flavor and texture. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
