Beef Teriyaki Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 kg beef (cooked until tender and cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 sachet teriyaki sauce
  • 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • Seasoning to taste
  • Optional:
    • Sesame seeds (as desired)
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
    • Sugar (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade:
    In a bowl, combine the cooked beef pieces with the teriyaki sauce, sweet soy sauce, and seasoning. Mix well and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  2. Sauté the Aromatics:
    Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and onion. Sauté until they become fragrant and slightly golden.

  3. Cook the Beef:
    Add the marinated beef to the skillet. Pour in a small amount of water to help deglaze the pan and create a bit of sauce. Stir well to combine.

  4. Add the Sauces:
    Stir in the remaining teriyaki sauce and the sweet soy sauce. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce is absorbed and the beef is heated through.

  5. Finish and Serve:
    If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds over the top for added flavor and texture. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
