Ingredients:

- 10 pieces of firm tofu (cleaned and cut into cubes)
- 3 shallots (sliced)
- 2 cloves of garlic (sliced)
- 5 small red chilies (sliced diagonally)
- 3 red chilies (sliced diagonally)
- Ground black pepper (to taste)
- Sweet soy sauce (to taste)
