Ingredients:
- 200 grams of thinly sliced beef
- 3 tablespoons Tai Hua teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, crushed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Sesame seeds, for garnish

- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with Tai Hua teriyaki sauce, sweet soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld.
