Tumis Tahu Pokcoy

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
White Tofu 1 block
Bok Choy 1 bunch
Saori Oyster Sauce 1 sachet
Bird’s Eye Chili 5 pieces
Red Shallots 5 pieces
Garlic 3 cloves
Onion (Medium) 1/2 onion
Salt To taste
Sugar To taste
Seasoning To taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tofu: Slice the tofu into cubes and fry until golden brown. Drain excess oil and set aside.

  2. Wash the Bok Choy: Cut the bok choy into bite-sized pieces and wash thoroughly.
