Semur Tahu dan Telur Ceplok

Sugar to taste
Pepper to taste
Bouillon seasoning to taste
Sweet soy sauce to taste
Soy sauce (if needed) to taste
Oyster sauce to taste
Water 500 ml

Spice Paste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tofu: Clean the tofu and fry it briefly until golden. Set aside.

  2. Cook the Eggs: Fry the eggs sunny-side-up and set aside.

  3. Make the Spice Paste: Blend the shallots, garlic, bird’s eye chili, red chili, and roasted candlenuts into a smooth paste.
