  • 3 packets Masako seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely minced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fish Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, add the ground yellowtail fish. Incorporate the eggs, Masako seasoning, sugar, minced garlic, and a little of the ice water. Stir until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.

  2. Combine with Sago Flour: Gradually add the sago flour to the fish mixture. Be gentle while mixing; the goal is to combine the ingredients without overworking the dough. If the mixture feels too stiff, add more of the ice water gradually until you achieve a soft yet manageable texture.
