Ingredients:
- 1/4 pound green beans (buncis), sliced diagonally
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 shallots, thinly sliced
- 100 ml water
- Salt, to taste
- Granulated sugar, to taste
