Prepare the Shrimp:
Start by washing the shrimp thoroughly under cold running water. Remove the heads by applying pressure and pulling them off. Then, peel the shell off the shrimp, making sure to extract the tail. Prepare the Fresh Ingredients:
Next, wash the parsley stems and dry them with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. Peel the garlic clove and the shallot. Place both on a cutting board and finely chop them into small pieces. -
Whisk the Eggs:
In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them using a fork or a whisk until fully combined and slightly frothy. -
Sauté the Aromatics:
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. Add the chopped garlic, shallot, and parsley to the pan, tilting the pan to ensure the mixture spreads evenly. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the aromatic ingredients release their fragrance. -
Cook the Frittata:
